We never see your card details

Every order is cash on delivery. Nothing is charged when you order and we never ask for a card, bank account or wallet number — so we hold no payment details of yours at all, and there are none to lose.

What we collect

To deliver an order: the name, phone number and delivery address you give us. An email address is optional — the phone number is what we actually need, because that is how we confirm the order and how the courier reaches you.

If you make an account: your email address and password, any addresses you save, and your order history and wishlist. Passwords are stored hashed — we cannot read yours, and nobody here can tell you what it is.

When you write to us: whatever you send, through the contact form, WhatsApp or a phone call, along with the order it relates to.

If you leave a review: the review and the name you attach to it, which is shown publicly on the product page.

Automatically: your IP address, browser and device, and the pages you visit — in server logs and in error reports when something on the site breaks.

We do not track you around the internet

There are no advertising pixels, no analytics trackers and no third-party marketing scripts on this site. We use cookies and browser storage for the things the shop cannot work without — keeping you signed in, and remembering what is in your cart — and not for building a profile of you.

We only email or message you about an order you have placed. There is no marketing list, so there is nothing to unsubscribe from.

What we use it for

To take your order, confirm it with you by phone, get it delivered, answer you when you get in touch, deal with returns, keep the business records a shop has to keep, and stop fraud and abuse. We also use it to find and fix faults on the site.

Who else sees it

Couriers. The delivery company carrying your parcel is given your name, phone number and address, because it cannot deliver without them.

The companies that run our systems. Our website hosting, our database, our image storage and the service that sends order emails. They process your information on our instructions, to run the shop, and for nothing else.

Error monitoring. When something breaks we receive a diagnostic report. It is deliberately configured not to send us personal information, and we do not record your screen or replay your session.

The authorities, if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety or our rights.

We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone for their own advertising.

Where it is kept

Our database and hosting are outside Pakistan, so your information is stored and processed abroad. We only use providers who are contractually bound to keep it secure and to process it solely on our instructions.

How we protect it

The site runs over an encrypted connection. On top of that, names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, order notes and the messages you send us are encrypted in the database itself, so they are unreadable even to someone holding a copy of it. Access to customer records is limited to staff whose job needs it.

No system is perfectly secure, and we would rather say so than promise otherwise. Please do not send us passwords or financial details — we will never ask for either.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as we need them for accounts, tax, warranties and disputes. Everything tied to an account is kept while the account exists. If you ask us to delete your account we will, keeping only what we are required to keep about orders already placed.

What you can ask us for

A copy of what we hold about you, a correction if something is wrong, or deletion. You can also tell us to stop contacting you about anything other than an order in progress. Message us and we will sort it out — we may ask a question or two first to be sure it is really you, which protects you rather than us.

Children

This shop is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them. If your child has given us their details, tell us and we will delete them.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
